Our unique and inspirational Leadership Development programmes help your people to align all of the key areas so that they are able to operate with greater effectiveness and achieve success in each. As with all of our behavioural workshops we use the “Inside-Out” approach, meaning that we believe that only when an individual has begun to master themselves are they truly able to lead and influence others with success and confidence.
We start by leading individuals through the personal process of understanding their drivers, priorities and beliefs. We help them make the link from this to their behaviours and results, and facilitate them to consider more effective life and work strategies. We provide ongoing support to them as they implement this and experience the impact on their life. All of this develops deeper self-awareness, and so enables them to make choices of how to behave in any situation in the future, encouraging ongoing self-improvement.
When they have become effective in understanding their own states, behaviours and attitudes, we next help them to apply this to the world around them. Using a range of leadership models, theories and experiences we help them understand how to get the best out of the people and situations around them, and how to achieve committed “followship” from their colleagues and direct reports. We help them to align their personal values and needs with those of the organisation, ensuring that conflict between the needs of the individual, their team and the organisation are kept to a manageable minimum.
The programme is highly participative and incorporates an appropriate blend of leadership concepts plus practice around the behaviour required to become effective in the role. It explores how to streamline working practices as well as to inspire, motivate and release the hidden potential of the people they work with, so helping to retain skilled staff and add value to the business.
This modular workshop approach can be interspersed with personal coaching for each delegate to ensure maximum benefit is achieved both for the delegate, and the business.
Creating High Performance Teams
As the workplace becomes a more changeable place to be, people are now working with a wider range of people more often. We can help your people to understand the principles and dynamics involved in working with others, and help them to develop skills to work within any team. Through activities and discussion we will highlight why teams often struggle when it comes to working co-operatively and effectively together, and explore how to improve a team's effectiveness. We will explore the process of synergy in teams, and how to bring out the best in each team member to enable them to achieve their full performance potential.

Assertiveness Skills
We can provide the delegate with the essential skills and techniques for effective assertiveness, and help them develop the underlying beliefs that will enable them to take greater control of their life. It is suitable for those who are considered not assertive enough, as well as those whose behaviour can be considered aggressive, as the key to success here lies in finding the balance in the middle. We will provide participants with an awareness of the value of assertive behaviour as well as the pitfalls of aggressive and submissive behaviour, and demonstrate how to use assertiveness skills at work with an ethical win-win focus.
' Go with the Flow' - A Balanced Approach to Stress in the Workplace
This informative and practical workshop focuses on how to reduce the harmful effects of stress by learning to change the way you think and feel about stressful situations. It’s highly interactive and sensitive approach enables delegates to feel more relaxed and in-control immediately, and will provide techniques that can be applied easily both in and out of the workplace.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP has been described as the new science of personal achievement, but it is much more than that. It is a highly effective methodology based on the belief that all behaviour has a structure and that this structure can be modelled, learned and changed. It is now seen as one of the most powerful communication tools available. It offers an in-depth understanding of what really happens when we communicate, and the means to use that knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of any interpersonal interaction. It is essential in all areas of business from decision making to strategic thinking, from people management to coaching, from negotiation to change management. With NLP you will learn about your personal patterns of behaviour and thinking, and how you can change them and have more flexibility in your life.
We offer a range of NLP programmes, from introductory workshops, to NLP Business Skills, to full NLP Practitioner Certification with the international Society of NLP. Our trainers are among the most qualified and experienced in Europe, and have been trained by the very best in their field, including one of the developers of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler. They continue to work with him and other pioneers in the area of NLP on a regular basis, so ensuring they are up to date with all of the latest developments.

Work-Life Balance
Stress has become the number one cause of absenteeism, and in our experience it is often the strain of juggling too many demands, tasks, and the needs of others that leads to this. This can sometimes lead to working more hours to try to address this, which usually makes things even worse. Individuals can become trapped in habitual ways of working which are no longer as beneficial to the company, and can lead to personal dissatisfaction and burn-out. Our Work-Life Balance programmes enable individuals to step back from the chaos, objectively and honestly evaluate where they are and decide what they need to do to get things back in balance. We sensitively facilitate them towards getting things back into perspective, and provide techniques and processes to achieve and maintain the performance they want. This leads to greater job and personal satisfaction, exposure to fewer stressful situations, and improved performance. It is about working smarter, not harder, and so has a great benefit to the organisation in terms of effective performance and achievement.

Personal Coaching
There are often Individuals in an organisation who are performing to a high standard, but may need some help to improve one particular area. Or there are those who have particular issues that consistently affect their performance, and seem unable to address them effectively. Often the causes may be private and personal ones, or are long-held habitual behaviours that have become ingrained ways of working, and as such can be difficult areas to address by the Manager or by conventional training. One to One Personal Coaching can be the solution of choice here. The Coach will focus on quickly finding the root cause and work with the individual to create an appropriate and lasting solution that can be implemented successfully and with confidence.
Facilitation Skills
As facilitation becomes more widely known and practised, so expectations increase about the competence of the Facilitator. This practical workshop aims to provide an opportunity for facilitators to explore a range of tools and techniques, gain feedback in practice sessions and build increased confidence in dealing with challenging situations.
Presentation Skills
Individuals are frequently called upon to make presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. It is crucial that they can speak with authority, poise and confidence, showing their organisations and themselves in the best possible light. We provide Presentation Skills workshops both for beginners, and for those who have already had some experience/training in this area.
